Veterinary Clinical Epidemiology

You may view the PowerPoint presentations shown in class. They are available in 2 formats

  1. Breeze Presenter - you will be able to view the slides in full color as they were in class. The presentation will automatically start and progress through the slides, although you may use the "VCR" type controls to start, stop, etc the presentation at any time. There is also a list of slides on the right of the page. Double clicking on a slide in the list will jump to that slide. The list may be viewed as a list or as thumbnails of the slides. (Note: you will need a recent version of the Flash player on your computer. In the unlikely event that you do not have this, you will be directed to a Web page where you can download and install it. It is a very small download.)
  2. Acrobat format - these .pdf files will contain the presentation reduced to pure black and white and presented three slides to a page. You will be able to print these files and use them for taking notes. (Note: you will need a copy of Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you do not have this free software, you may download it by clicking on the icon below.)

(Note: Excel may "complain" about macros in the spreadsheet, depending on how
your security is set. To set your macro secureity level in Excel -
from the "Tools" menu choose "Macro" then "Security". The recommended setting
is Medium. Using this setting allows you to choose whether ot not to run macros
on a spreadsheet by spreadsheet basis.)
